2361 Nalin Drive | Bel Air, CA

Adler Realty Investments purchased 19.36 acres of unimproved land at 2361 Nalin Drive in Bel Air, California, in October 2005.  A lot line adjustment was performed and the necessary approvals and entitlements were secured to construct three homes. Adler Realty Investments joint ventured with DB Builders to build these contemporary homes which range in size from 4,000 to 5,000 SF.   All of the homes were sold by October 2014.
