BOISE, Idaho – (March 12, 2024) – Adler Industrial, LLC, is proud to announce that Frito-Lay, a subsidiary of PepsiCo and the producer of Doritos, Cheetos, and other popular snack products, is opening a new warehouse/distribution building in Boise, near the Boise Airport. This new 84,000 square feet, state-of-the-art building is located at 2711 Fry Street is strategically located and aims to support and expand Frito-Lay’s local supply chain programs.
This is the second building in the City of Boise Airport development project, led by Adler Industrial, which started last year with the new building for Black Market Gelato and now has provided Frito-Lay with a modern, new, distribution center for their snack products. According to Michael Adler, CEO of Adler Industrial, “We have enjoyed working with the professional and energetic Frito-Lay team to make this project come together. They were great to work with, fully engaged and supportive of the process, and made it a seamless project. We look forward to the next opportunity in this master development area for another great employer to find their new Boise home.”
Frito-Lay and PepsiCo have long been strong employers in Idaho and according to Brandon Townley, SC Project Manager for PepsiCo Food North America, “This new facility, which is over twice as large as our former location, will support our dedicated employees and provide a much easier warehouse and distribution system for our products throughout the Valley. The Adler Industrial development and construction team were excellent partners, great problem solvers, and supportive of our plans and goals. We are excited to celebrate our continued growth in Idaho as we open this new distribution center in Boise.”
