The Shops at Oak Creek consist of 5 retail structures at 28941, 29105, 29125, 29145, and 29001 Canwood Street, Agoura Hills, California.  Adler Realty Investments acquired the vacant land in July 2005, entitled the property, and developed a 5-building, 36,214 SF neighborhood retail center.  Adler then leased 100% of the center to tenants, including Trader Joe’s, Panda Express, Jinky’s, The Habit, and Verizon.  The properties were sold to separate buyers in June 2011 and March 2012.
