Founder & CEO
Michael S. Adler - MAI, CPM
Mr. Adler holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and founder of Adler Industrial, LLC, and Adler Realty Investments, Inc. As a general partner, manager and investor, he has been involved in various real estate ventures with a combined valuation exceeding $2 billion dollars. The firms under his purview have successfully acquired or developed 10 million square feet of real estate and maintain substantial land holding for future developments. Mr. Adler's keen market and design acumen, analytical proficiency, and leadership skills have enabled the Adler companies to sustain consistent growth of their portfolio and surpass market investment expectations.

As the CEO and founder of Adler Industrial, LLC and Adler Realty Investments, Inc., Mr. Adler has played a pivotal role in a diverse range of real estate investment and development projects. His expert market insight, analytical proficiency, and effective leadership have facilitated the Adler companies in consistently exceeding market investment returns.
At the Adler
Companies, Mr. Adler has functioned as a general partner, manager, and investor
in over 200 real estate projects with a total valuation exceeding $2 billion.
Under his guidance, Adler Industrial, LLC has emerged as the largest industrial
building owner and developer in Idaho's Treasure Valley, having acquired and
developed over 3.8 million square feet of real estate, along with over 1,000
acres of land earmarked for future development.
Similarly, Adler Realty Investments, Inc. has successfully acquired and developed 5.9 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, and multi-family residential properties across the United States under Mr. Adler’s direction. Notably, many of these ventures involved purchasing undervalued properties with high vacancy rates and neglect, which demanded significant renovation, redevelopment, and management efforts to restore them to a profitable state. Additionally, Mr. Adler's leadership led to the successful entitlement and development of land for industrial, commercial, and residential use and the acquisition of institutional-grade properties that optimize cash flow and investor returns through efficient management.
Mr. Adler received
his degree in Business Administration, with majors in Real Estate and Finance,
from the University of Denver. He also holds an MAI designation from the
Appraisal Institute and a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate
Management. He is an active member of the Idaho chapter of the Urban Land Institute
. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Boise Valley Economic Partnership
and the Warner Center Association.

Richard S. Gable
President of Adler Realty Investments
Richard Gable manages acquisitions, and financing, as well as provides strategic leadership for Adler Realty Investments.

Mr. Gable oversees the day-to-day operations and management of the Adler Companies. Additionally, he is responsible for structuring and securing debt and equity financing for the portfolio of assets. With Michael Adler, he serves as the primary contact to the firm’s institutional and private investors. During the last twenty years at Adler, Mr. Gable has negotiated a billion dollars of debt and supervised over a billion dollars of acquisitions and development.
In his role as President, Mr. Gable provides leadership, strategies, and finance expertise for the acquisition of investments, as well as being one of the three members of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Gable is responsible for ensuring high levels of execution across the organization, resulting in exceptional portfolio performance, earning Adler an outstanding reputation.
Mr. Gable has over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on financing, leasing, and sale of industrial, office, and retail properties. Before joining Adler, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of a successful start-up internet service provider that grew to 125+ employees. Mr. Gable was instrumental in its growth and eventual sale for $450 million. Mr. Gable graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and has been a licensed real estate agent in California and Pennsylvania.

Brett Hamm oversees all legal and risk management aspects of the operations of the Adler Companies.

Brett Hamm, as General Counsel / Director of Corporate Operations, oversees all legal and risk management aspects of the operations of Adler Industrial, LLC and its sister companies Adler Realty Investments, Inc. and AI Construction, Inc. Brett received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Brett began his career as an insurance defense attorney before moving in-house with a Boise-based real estate investment company. Prior to joining Adler Industrial, Brett spent 16 years at a national developer of retail, multi-family, self-storage, and charter school properties, where, in addition to handling commercial developments, Brett oversaw the company’s 1031 exchange and Opportunity Zone initiatives.
William Reil

William Reil is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for the Adler Companies.

Mr. Reil is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for the Adler companies. He has the primary responsibility for overseeing audits, budgets, forecasting, and internal controls.
Before joining Adler, Mr. Reil was Controller at Broe Real Estate Group, a private real estate owner and developer with over $1 billion of assets under management. He was previously the Assistant Controller for Aviv REIT, a REIT specializing in skilled nursing facilities. He was also a Senior Accountant with the Macquarie Group working on the Macquarie Office Trust, a global office REIT with over $2.8 billion of assets under management in the United States. He began his career with Deloitte.
Mr. Reil holds a B.S. in Accountancy and a Masters of Accounting, both from the University of Illinois Urbana – Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Alan Sher oversees property operations and performs asset management functions for the company.

Mr. Sher is responsible for overseeing property operations for the company. In this capacity, he performs asset management functions of the company which include: developing, implementing and monitoring investment business plans, negotiating leases and the renovation, repositioning and disposition of the portfolios. In his previous position as CFO of Pacifica Capital Group, Mr. Sher was responsible for financial reporting to principals and investors on over $400 million of commercial and industrial real estate investments.
Mr. Sher has over 20 years experience in financial reporting, public accounting and property management disciplines. He holds a degree in accounting from the University of Cape Town and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and California Real Estate Broker.

Andrea Myers manages the acquisition, due diligence, and closing processes, ensuring that all parties are informed.

As Operations Manager, Ms. Myers manages the acquisition, due diligence, and closing processes, ensuring that all parties are fully informed at each stage of the critical paths of these functions. In this capacity, Ms. Myers manages the communications, data, and critical paths required to achieve a successful transaction. Ms. Myers joined Adler Realty in 2001 and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Missouri, Kansas City; and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker; and Notary Public.

Manager of Leasing & Outreach
Charity Nelson manages the leasing of the Adler Industrial portfolio, working closely with tenants to find the proper space to fit their needs.

Charity Nelson manages leasing for the Adler Industrial portfolio in the Boise Metro area. She enjoys partnering with brokers and business leaders to meet the industrial real estate needs of companies that are moving to or expanding in the area. She also leads the company’s strategic human resources efforts. Prior to joining Adler, Charity spent more than five years as the Director of Economic Development at the Boise Valley Economic Partnership where she worked with businesses who were interested in expanding or locating in the Boise Metro. She also has extensive experience in human resources having spent more than a decade at Micron Technology in a variety of roles in global talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and workforce optimization. Charity holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in communication, both from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is happy to be living in her hometown of Boise with her husband Mark and two daughters, Alyssa and Jessica.

Kristine Esguerra is a seasoned professional with a diverse international background. Born in the Philippines, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Adamson University. Since relocating to the USA in 2017, Kristine has honed her real estate expertise across various sectors including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and ground lease properties. Her commitment to continuous learning led to a master’s degree in business administration from William Howard Taft University as well as certification as a California CPA and a Global Certified Internal Auditor. Outside of her professional achievements, Kristine is happily married and a proud parent of two. Her multifaceted background, relentless pursuit of knowledge, and dedication to excellence make her an asset to the Adler Realty team.

Jennifer Heckendorf oversees the Northern Los Angeles Region and does the day to day operational and financial functions.

As Regional Property Manager, Ms. Heckendorf oversees the Northern Los Angeles Region and is responsible for all day to day operational and financial functions for the portfolio, which consists of Office, Industrial, and Residential properties. Prior to joining Adler Realty in 2011, Ms. Heckendorf was employed by Caruso Affiliated since 2003, her experience provides over 10 years of knowledge in the real estate management field. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from California Lutheran University.

Mandana Tarr oversees property operations for ten office, industrial, and retail assets for the Adler companies across the country.

As Asset Manager, Mrs. Tarr oversees property operations for ten office, industrial, and retail assets across the country. Her responsibilities include the development, implementation and monitoring of investment business plans, lease negotiation, renovation, repositioning and disposition of assets, and the development of energy efficiency and solar projects across the entire Adler portfolio.
Mrs. Tarr has been with Adler Realty Investments since 2013. She began as an Acquisitions Analyst, preparing cash flow projections and investment offering materials, as well as assisting in due diligence analysis for new projects. Mrs. Tarr earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University, in Philadelphia. She joined the Adler team after working for over 11 years as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, providing valuation consulting services to numerous clients in Southern California.

As a Senior Property Manager, Ms. Weaver brings a wealth of experience to her position in the real estate management field having managed office and retail properties in the Los Angeles region for over 20 years. She is currently in charge of our Calabasas and Agoura Hills portfolio, responsible for all day to day operations and financial functions. The portfolio consists of both office and retail properties. Prior to joining the company in 2015, Ms. Weaver was employed by Century National Properties for almost 20 years as their Regional Property Manager.

As a proud graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Ron brings a strong academic foundation to the complex world of real estate and facility management.
Residing in the bustling metropolis of Los Angeles for 27 years, Ron's extensive experience within the city's unique real estate landscape has honed his expertise and adaptability. He brings this wealth of knowledge to his role at Adler Realty Investments, ensuring that our properties remain at the forefront of efficiency and sustainability.
Ron values family life deeply. As a devoted stepfather to Angela and a loving father to Zoe and Justin, he relishes in the joys and responsibilities of parenthood. At home, his family extends to include his pets – the charming cat Bently, and the energetic dog duo of Daisy and Luna.
Beyond his professional commitments, Ron has a rich array of personal interests. He's an accomplished drummer, finding rhythm and creativity in this expressive art form. He's also an avid hiker, drawn to the beauty of nature. Beach trips and sailing adventures are among his favorite ways to unwind, demonstrating a love for the sea. His passion for reading allows him to continuously expand his knowledge and perspectives.
Ron's commitment to both facility management and environmental causes extends to his active involvement in organizations like the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Heal the Bay, and the Sierra Club. Through his participation in these groups, he not only stays updated on industry best practices but also actively contributes to initiatives aimed at preserving the environment and promoting sustainable practices.
